 | Follicular sort - ibritumomab tiuxetan mixture therapy: 250 mg/m2/dose IV x 1 on the primary day, then on days 7, 8, or 9 of the regimen. Diffuse giant B-cell sort - mixture chemotherapy: 375 mg/m2/dose IV x 1 on day 1 of every cycle for up to eight cycles. 375 mg/m2/dose IV x 1 on days 1, 8, 15, 22, or a 6-month cycle. Begin 375 mg/m2/dose IV x 1 on the day earlier than cycle 1; then 500 mg/m2/dose IV x 1 on day 1 of cycle 2 of a 28-day cycle, for six cycles. One thousand mg IV each 2 weeks for two doses. Induction: 375 mg/m2/dose IV weekly for four weeks. Subsequent: 500 mg/m2/dose IV each 2 weeks for two doses, then 500 mg/m2/dose IV each 6 months. Induction: 375 mg/m2/dose IV weekly for four weeks; use with glucocorticoids. Subsequent: 500 mg/m2/dose IV each 2 weeks for two doses, then 500 mg/m2/dose IV each 6 months; begin sixteen to 24 weeks after the induction dose. |
